数字技术如何驱动农产品供应链大中小企业协同发展——以广西横州茉莉花产业发展为例

文章以广西横州茉莉花产业为案例,探讨数字技术驱动农产品供应链中大中小企业协同发展的机制。研究发现,数字技术通过优化信息流、资金流和物流,显著增强了供应链中大中小企业的协同效应。具体而言,数字技术的应用实现了信息的实时共享与决策支持,拓宽了融资渠道,降低了成本,优化了物流效率与库存管理,从而提高了供应链的整体效率和市场竞争力。文章揭示了数字技术在促进不同规模企业间协同发展中的作用机制,为理解数字技术在农业供应链中的应用提供了新的视角,并为政策制定者和实践者推动农业供应链数字化转型提供了决策支持。

Abstract:

This study explores the mechanism of digital technology driving the collaborative development of large, medium, and small enterprises in agricultural product supply chains, taking the jasmine flower industry in Hengzhou, Guangxi as a case. The research reveals that digital technology significantly enhances the synergy among enterprises of different sizes by optimizing the flow of information, capital, and logistics. Specifically, the application of digital technology enables real-time information sharing and decision support, broadens financing channels and reduces costs, and optimizes logistics efficiency and inventory management, thereby enhancing the overall efficiency and market competitiveness of the supply chain. This study uncovers the role mechanism of digital technology in promoting collaborative development among enterprises of different scales, providing new insights into the application of digital technology in agricultural supply chains and offering decision support for policymakers and practitioners in driving the digital transformation of agricultural supply chains.
